IDEA: To bring Yoga to the community, as part of a healthy lifestyle, giving more knowledge about yoga and meditation in the benefit of personal and community relationships. The activity will start with an opening circle, allowing people meet each other and share a brief experience practicing Yoga, Meditation and painting mandalas.
After which the activity will be divided in 2 parts: The first part: Preview explanation of the techniques, practice Yoga class and meditation, helping to calm the mind and growing kind feelings. And the second part: Previous explanation mandalas meaning, how use acrylics and canvas, painting mandalas, sharing funny moments, inspiration, and peaceful interaction between participants. Therefore, the community relationships also will benefit.
VISION: To building strong communities through promoting good habits, healthy lifestyle and arts.
MISION: To teach and share information, to motivate each person to know how to care for themselves. I help people to realize if they have mental, physical and emotional health issues, and how they can be responsible for healing themselves and also help their communities.
