New West Love Letter to Myself is a card-making time capsule. Participants make a beautiful and creative card to their future selves, and prepare a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Organizers will mail the letter in five years. All ages and abilities welcome. 100 participants at each of three drop-in sessions: September 23, September 25, and September 27. Join at River Market, 810 Quayside Drive, New Westminster.

We are an established group of welcoming single parents in the New Westminster area sharing resources and support through community-building gatherings. We'll be meeting twice a month throughout July and August to invite friendly new faces, and offer encouragement and understanding to other single parents in the city, as well as organizing gatherings for families to engage with one another, make new friends, and have fun.

Where: Hume Park Pool

Please bring chairs,blanket, swimsuits, and towels, a plate to share (and if you have ) a BBQ.

9th Street New Westminster

A street party for residents on and around 9th Street in New Westminster to celebrate our community on Canada Day. There will be entertainment for the kids and residents will bring their own food. BBQs will be set up at the side of the street.
