Annual Lakewood Drive Block Party

We started with a centennial celebration a few years ago which was such a success that everyone wanted this to become an annual gathering. The block party brings together neighbours from surrounding blocks – young and old, of many different backgrounds. The closing of the street creates such an amazing open space for people to gather, sit and chat, kids playing freely, riding bikes and playing games we’ve made over the years.
