Our 3rd and possibly the last!
Relocation whether it is to a new country, city or neighborhood could be sometimes challenging specially for people left their friends or family behind.
People you have spent time, energy and shared life with are big support and when you become far from some dear ones you notice their value in your life more.
Making new friends specially if you are coming from a different cultural background becomes quite challenging first.
The great news is that our lovely greater Vancouver particularly downtown is very diverse and you never should feel lonely here!
If you arrived this year and wish to get connected to your community more and know more from those have been like you in one or two decades ago, wear your comfortable shoes, and join us for a fun walk along the beautiful English Bay shore line, sharing stories and making new friends!
Find us by the A-maz-ing Laughing Statues at English Bay (across Denman/Davie Starbucks) at 2 pm. It is better you join us here on time! At about 2:20 we start walking by the beach toward Second Beach. You are welcome to stay as long as you wish after arriving to Second Beach.
