Art-Making is therapeutic and all about self-expression and self-exploration. This workshop will show and guide you to use color to identify your happiness. Each participant will be guided through a series of signature exercises that focus on our deepest desires in pursuit of peace and happiness. Experience a creative and soothing way to express personal feelings through abstract art. This creative approach taps in to what is most meaningful in our lives. (No Previous Art Experience Necessary! All art materials will be provided.)
