Book Luck, an event for families and communities in Richmond to get together for a book exchange and social networking.
The event aims to increase the family and communities’ attention to public library resources and services, meanwhile to invite the neighbours to get together as a community. In the event, people could enjoy talk and refreshments, share the interest of reading books, and know more about what the public library could offer them.
Collaborated with Richmond Public Library – Brighouse Branch, a special info session with Q&A (around 15 minutes) will be set up during the event.A librarian will introduce libraries’ resource and activites which are more than “borrow & return”. Participants will learn the information in a cozy and fun atmosphere. If they have any questions, they could get their answers from the library professionals on site.
