Who? This is a family-oriented neighbourhood event and is open to everyone, sponsored by the the Vancouver Foundation’s Neighbourhood Small Grants program. Although it shares the Frog Hollow name, this event is not sanctioned by the Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House. It is simply a location marker since this part of Vancouver seems to have no real name of its own.

What? Come on out and join your neighbours in celebrating the fall harvest — and bring home some fresh (non-alcoholic) apple cider! Meet area farmers, play games, and learn first-hand how to press apples into a sweet cider that can be boiled, bottled, and enjoyed year-round. BYOJ (Bring Your Own Jug!).

Sponsors and contributors include:
The Vancouver Foundation
Duncan’s Backyard Henhouses
Fresh Roots Urban Farm Society
Vancouver Homesteader’s Emporium
