Submit Your Event
Once your project is approved for funding, you can list it here on our website so that others can find you. Listings are usually approved within one week by your community coordinator.
This year, the vision is to expand this community event and to attract more attendees, and to offer a wider range of activities to the public. Our objective is to draw 500 spectators and to offer them a variety of activities focused on inclusion and multiculturalism, including a children’s area, food, information booths from a variety of aid and multicultural agencies and artistic performances.
Our main goal is to involve area residents and to share with them the message of inclusion, we would achieve this through traditional multicultural dances, music, art and educational games.
We believe that music and art in general is a very strong vehicle to convey a message, and in our case, by presenting artists from different cultures we would show how despite our differences we can relate, accept and love one another.
Come and enjoy with us on June 18 – 2016 (12 to 4 pm)
