Dance is a ancient way of expression. Dancing freely is very therapeutic and helpful for anyone in any age. In this series we learn how to meditate before dancing: this will help in releasing the mind of thoughts and worries so we are able to listen to our body . We will do stretching: that will help loosen the body to be able to move in an easier way. Finally, we dance and learn to communicate without talking, through dance and body language. In 4 sessions we go on a journey of self love empowerment. We will experience dancing in different frameworks in harmony with the four elements. This project helps us to be more open and gain body-mind health, additionally this will empower everyone to be more self confident and relaxed in their own body.
