In this series of classes on “Movement and Meditation,” local teachers will offer practices which bring together these two elements. Gentle Hatha Yoga and other forms of meditative movement will be the focus. The emphasis is on the breath, awareness, and relaxation. Through movement and meditation, students can connect with inner stillness. Refreshments will be served after class and participants will have an opportunity to meet each other and chat if they wish.
