Agente Costura & SiteFactory
Berlin-based performance artist Lisa Simpson a.k.a. Agente Costura will join suitcase drum legend Ben Brown, choreographer Kelly McInness and invited dancers to present an improvised Musical Sewing Performance, making music out of making clothes. The collaborative performance joins stitching, movement and sound to explore notions of consumption as well as social relation to garments. The September 4th SIX FEST performance will take place on the SiteFactory bus, followed by two days of Agente Costura’s Itinerant Sewing Station, also on the SiteFactory bus.
