A safe space for women in their 40’s + living bravely beyond the seen and unseen health conditions, while living on a fixed income to meet monthly sharing tips and tricks to sustaining wellness and expand your pain management toolbox. Here, you will make new connections, be inspired, belong to yourself and a sisterhood, and driven to live your authentic life.
