Connecting along the Dementia Journey.
An invitation to those in our Community with Dementia, their families and their caregivers to join us for a social afternoon.
This is an opportunity to meet, socialize and connect with others on the dementia journey.
To be held at Century House, in the Fir room, on Monday, June 20th from 1 – 3 pm.
