The Tuff City Spring Fun Day included Giant games, provided by the District of Tofino, a Bubble show by Sharky Balloons and a Nature walk guided by Aurora Bramble, who also shared her wild teas.
The event was quite successful, with about 40 to 50 attendees.
The organisers of the grant were very helpful.
I do personally believe, that to advance the community-building mission of the NSG, there should be grants for reoccurring events, since these really do allow people to form more meaningful bonds, compared to one-time events.
