The Neighbourhood block watch party event was a huge success! On June 15th, Everyone in the neighbourhood brought food and set it out under two big tents. There was a crafts table set up for the kids, who decorated wooden animal masks which are now put up on the fence of our playground. We had games such as Jenga and a bean bag throwing game. Two barbeques were brought by some neighbours and there was a vegetarian option as well. Music played in the background as members of the community sat on picnic chairs and chatted amongst each other. The event brought us all together as a community.
