This year, we had the most participants we have ever had, over 50 people and lots of kids joined us and so many contributed to the event!
We had a bike parade and prizes for the kids, and hamburgers, hotdogs, bubbly, water, and chips. It was fantastic. We all would love to thank you for the Neighbourhood Small Grant, our event would not have been as large without it.
The money was spent on food, drinks, advertising, decorations, and prizes for the kids. Other participants donated propane, BBQs, tables, chairs, cooling spritzers for the elders, and some made games to play (Jenga, bean bag throw).
