The grant was used to run a beginner’s bike maintenance workshop on August 21st 2022. Cedar Cottage Neighborhood House helped by providing a free venue and Our Community Bikes did a great job teaching the workshop. The workshop quickly filled up, although no shows meant we didn’t reach as many people as I had hoped to – lesson learned, reconfirm attendance. I also put together a bike maintenance toolkit which is available to borrow.
