Bonsor Exercise and Dance Group was founded by our friends and neighbours. We had been practicing exercise and dance almost daily, using the patio of the Bonsor Recreation Center on the 2 floor.
Since we had been there for many years, more and more friends came and joined us.
We all felt much happier and healthier after joined this group, and even gained more friendships.
We were able to join our community and perform our dance at various events, and we felt very proud of ourselves.
Thanks to NSG for funding us, so we were able to buy new costumes and other small decorations for our performs.
We wish NSG will continue to support us.
