Thank you very much for sponsoring $400 to our Burnaby Neighbourhood Painting Event. Our event went very well and here are the details:
1) May 23rd: Hold a preparatory meeting to discuss matters related to the art exhibition. Dim sum fee $81.50. A photo is attached.
2) June – 8th: The exhibition was held at 105-6411 Nelson Ave BBY with three photos. Expenses: $100 for lectures by professional teachers.
3) Activity 2: On August 5th, we as a group went to sketch at the Bonsor Community Square. Expenses: $179.10 for drawing paper $50.30 for snacks. Two photos are attached.
We have spent a total $410.90.
