First and foremost, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Neighborhood small Grant for its generous support, which made our event possible and truly memorable. On August 20, a group of 17 photography enthusiasts from our neighbourhood came together at the beautiful Deer Lake Park. Surrounded by nature, we enjoyed not only capturing the scenery through our lenses but also pausing to appreciate the park’s serene landscapes and wildlife.
The day was more than just about photography—it was about building connections. Over a pleasant lunch, participants had the chance to share their passion, exchange tips and techniques, and inspire one another with new perspectives. The event fostered a deeper sense of community, strengthened friendships, and encouraged creativity among neighbours.
