The Community Outdoor Safety and First Aid Workshop was successfully held on November 8 at the Semiahmoo Arts Society. The event attracted over 50 participants from the community and was very well received by all attendees.
During the workshop, participants received hands-on training in essential first aid techniques, including AED operation, CPR, the Heimlich maneuver, and bandaging for bleeding control. The on-site practice sessions allowed participants to apply what they learned in real-life scenarios, greatly enhancing their emergency response skills.
