The North Surrey Grants Committee reviews grants approximately every 2-3 weeks.

The North Surrey boundaries include the neighbourhoods of: Guildford, Whalley, Newton, Fleetwood, Fraser Heights, Panorama Ridge, Port Kells and Anniedale. If you apply in North Surrey, you must live in North Surrey and your project must take place North Surrey. If you have any questions please contact Abdul at abdul@oanh.ca.

Program partner

Your neighbourhood partner

Local partner organizations manage all aspects of the Neighbourhood Small Grants program. Partner organizations are where your community coordinators work. They also oversee the Neighbourhood Grants Committee, which is unique to each community that reviews your grant applications.

Oak Avenue Neighbourhood Hub

With a mission to be a place of home and hope for residents, the Oak Avenue Neighbourhood Hub provides a range of services for people in the community as part of a continuum of support for all ages. The Hub serves as a place for organizations and agencies to offer programs and fosters a unified vision of promoting healthy community development. Each program and service works in intentional cooperation with the Hub to ensure that the needs of people in the community are being met in a way that is integrated and comprehensive. The Hub engages the Whalley and Cedar Hills communities of Surrey to provide opportunities for community development activities.
