Local partner organizations manage all aspects of the Neighbourhood Small Grants program. Partner organizations are where your community coordinators work. They also oversee the advisory committee, which is unique to each community that reviews your grant applications.

Parksville-Qualicum Foundation

The Parksville Qualicum Community Foundation was established in 1999 and is governed by an independent, voluntary Board of Directors, broadly represented by the communities which they serve. A gift to the PQCF and all future earnings from a gift, is a permanent source of community capital, helping to do good work today and in the future.
