I read an article about how lots of people got dogs during the lockdowns and pandemic. The article said that dogs were being left at home as the owners went back to work. So I wanted to make the separation easier for the dogs and humans as they how learn how to be apart maybe even for the first time. With help from my mom, I made doggie care packages. The care packages included treats and lil toys for the dogs, and information and tips for the owners. Some of the treats were be homemade by me:)
When the people picked up their package we will asked them to bring their dog so I could take an Instax photo keepsake to give them. 🙂 We met a lot of cute dogs during the event and saw a lot of happy owners. It was fun watching the dogs enjoy their treats. I hope this event and the care package helps make the transition to being apart a little easier on everyone!
