Thank you once again for the NSG for our neighbourhood street party. It was a super hot day, but we were lucky to have many large old trees to gather around for shade. We coordinated our party with a 90th birthday surprise for our eldest on the street. She really enjoyed all the company and a dance or two to the live band we had set up for the afternoon. The grant supplied the main BBQ supplies for about 50 people, and most brought side dishes to share. It really is a great way for the neighbourhood to stay in touch and share gossip and a BBQ!
