Our project was teaching loobia polo, a beloved, classical Iranian dish, online. We had both vegetarian and mean options and we prepared ingredients to pick up.
The pick up process turned out to be really fun and engaging, each person calling to pick up their package, stories and moments shared were fun, tender and lovely.
The class was also very engaging, each participant in their own kitchen, with us in our kitchen, as if we were all in one large space. By the end of class, we all had a meal to share with our loved one and bubble.
