On June 6th, we gathered at the Maritime Heritage Centre in Campbell River—who kindly donated the use of the Thulin Room—to explore Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as a tool for relieving anxiety. Then, we dove into a fun watercolor session. No experience with EFT or watercolor was needed—we just had fun painting ocean scenes together!
Here are a few testimonials from the participants:
“Thank you so much for this wonderful EFT and watercolour workshop, I really enjoyed it, it was peaceful, relaxing, and fun.”
“Thank you for the chance to learn the practice of EFT. I enjoyed it very much, and it came at a perfect time as I have been dealing with a lot of stress lately. I also enjoyed learning how to do watercolours. I will have to practice on the extra paper that you so kindly allowed us to take. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time.”
“It was a pleasure meeting you and participating in your class. Definitely learned a lot about the tapping and painting, and you teach in a fun way that makes people want to engage.”
