All of the homeowners on Alberta Street between 5th and 6th avenue decided we needed to spruce up our ‘heritage’ block. One of our neighbours built beautiful cedar planters around 3 of the large trees on our block. We filled them with soil and planted various plants and flowers.
In addition to the planters, we would like to make bird feeders and signs that will go on/around the trees. We will get our young children to help with those.
We are thrilled to see the beautiful planters every day, with the flowers in full bloom.
