As a small group of residents who wanted to encourage residents to engage with one another, we banded together to host our building’s first ever social event. We were overjoyed with our turnout, and residents were equally as thrilled to be able to attend a fun social afternoon.
Having never planned an event of this size, with an open guest list nonetheless, we weren’t sure what to expect. Needless to say, it was a positive learning experience for each of us, and we are more in tune with our community.
Veterans and newcomers to the building made introductions to one another and relationships that began to bud that day. We are looking forward to future events to continue the social dialogue of Fullerton.
