We had a successful block party at Hollybank Dr!
It was a beautiful sunny day, perfect weather for the carnival. We set up balloons and I made signs, we served popcorn and cotton candy, and set up some fun games. We had a lot of people come and socialize, play games, run stands, and have fun on the hot summer day. I had people coming up to me and saying that it was so fun and people got to talk to neighbors they haven’t seen in a while. It was nice to see our community together and having fun! Thank you Youth Neighborhood Small Grants for accepting and granting me money for this project!
