Neighbourhood Cooking Classes for Parents with Young Children

Summary
Participants: three women who have young children enrolled at Pacific Rim Montessori School
Location: first two classes were held at St. Mark’s Church (W 2nd & Larch), one of the participants invited us over to her home for the third class
Learning: simplify the classes and market them to students of similar ability levels
Positive feedback: come up with innovative ways to make vegetables appealing to children, and methods to make meals for both children and parents more exciting (add-on sauces, for example) for the parents
