Discussed with a group of friends and neighbours, we decided to prepare some healthy food to share. This time we focused on vegetables and multi grains. We prepared dried radish, dried beans, sweet potato jelly, dried mushroom, mixed grain, sticky rice,etc. Quite a few people picked their favourite to cook. Notice was sent out through social media and mouth of a friend. We hosted a zoom event to share experience and show case our dishes. Everyone got a chance to share and recipes went out for people to enjoy after the event.
