This year we held a block party with a focus on connecting tenants and boosting our block watch participation. We held a successful event despite the weather with close to 60 people of all ages attending. Officers Harry and Shannon with the Vancouver Police department were kind enough to stop by with block watch info pamphlets and stickers and memorabilia for the kids who were quite entertained. Tenants were able to connect over good food and a great time was had by all with many new connections made and old bonds strengthened.
