It was wonderful to host an evening of connection and painting in the fall season. Originally, this event was to take place in the summer, but due to organizational challenges, I pivoted to the fall season. This allowed me to align the event timing during a season when many young adults experience stressful moments or are seeking comfort. To elevate the event experience, goodie bags, mocktails, and pizza were provided in addition to the painting materials.
The main intention of the event was to bring community members together. The event was shared through Facebook and Bumble Friends.
The event had seven attendees, each of whom created a piece that shared their interpretation of fall.
