This small community grant has provided meaningful support to a local mom’s group that plays an important role in fostering connection, wellbeing, and mutual encouragement among families in our small community. This community event offered a welcoming space for mothers to gather, share experiences, and build friendships. I used the grant to enhance the quality and comfort of this gathering.
With the funding, we were able to provide nutritious food and refreshing beverages at this event, helping create an inviting environment where moms could relax, feel cared for, and enjoy time together without additional financial or logistical stress. The grant also supported a variety of engaging activities for children, ensuring that little ones were safely entertained while their mothers connected.
