The 6 weeks of Qigong at Tecumseh Park went well. Some weeks the weather was more challenging than others; on one occasion, it was a cooler day, and we even had some light rain. Luckily, it wasn’t severe, and we were able to finish the class under a tree.
It was nice getting to share Qigong with the community and having Alexander Litvinoff, a local acupuncturist and teacher who teaches Tai Chi and Ba Gua classes weekly, independently.
I’m grateful to the Vancouver Foundation for funding this project and to all those in the community who came out to participate.
