We hiked the Burnaby Mountain every Tuesday morning in July and August 2023. We provided rides for some participants. We also did a BBQ on July 22.
Everyone enjoyed the hikes and the BBQ. Participants brought new friends and wished the hiking could continue.
Some participants reflected that the hikes helped improve their physical conditions.
