The event conducted on Aug 24, 2025. The main objectives of this event were as follow.
- To introduce traditional food and cakes to the participants.
- To familiar the ingredients and making techniques of those food and cake.
- Exchange knowledge to make this food among the community, especially the young generations.
- Share the taste and flavor of the food among the community members and their families.
The event day was exceptionally pleasant weather. I arranged the event in the Park. I invited my community member and their family in this even. All peoples ae eagerly attended the event on time. It was a big gathering.
At the beginning of the event, I displayed the traditional food to the community members by explaining these with the name and it taste itself. I explained them what ingredients are in used as well as cooking methods. It was a truthful session for me. I am surprised that all members including young children, were participate. They exchange their thought to me that make more enjoyable in whole session.
After the discussion session, I served my foods and cakes to the participants. The foods were delicious with excellent flavour as their opinion. My event was successful that I could make realization about the importance of preserve the tradition foods and cakes in our community. The realization will make revolution to our young generation that will transmit from generation to generation in near future.
I love this event. Next year, I will arrange such type of event but different subject.
