My long-time friend and I had the idea of holding a summer picnic at Lions Park as a way to meet new friends in the community. We organized some food and invited our friends to bring any of their friends who would be interested in joining us. On the day of the picnic, we had people of all ages attend and many different food dishes. We planned to have some games during our picnic, but the weather was a bit too cold and so we ended up taking a walk on the surrounding trails near the park. Even though the day turned out a bit different from what we expected, we all had fun time!
