Highlights:

1. Professional and In-Depth Instruction:
Invited Mr Wang, Huan as our instructor,  systematically teaches the essence of  Tai Chi Ba Duan Jin. Beginning with the fundamental “Zhan Zhuang” (standing posture), he meticulously explains the key points of each movement. Even with the basic “sitting” exercises alone, participants fully experience the flow of Qi and achieve significant results, generating high enthusiasm for learning.
2. Solid Skill Development:
The morning session focuses on the fundamental exercises and the principles of Qi and blood circulation. In the afternoon, the session details the movement standards and underlying principles of Ba Duan Jin, form by form. Teacher Wang personally demonstrates and provides precise guidance, ensuring that every participant masters the correct practice techniques and significantly enhances their fitness results.
3. Strengthening Neighborly Bonds:
At noon, participants share delicious food brought by neighbors and chat about their learning experiences and anecdotes in a relaxed atmosphere. The delicious food not only warms the stomach but also fosters bonds of mutual support and trust within the community, creating a warm and harmonious “neighborly family” atmosphere.

4. Deepening Health Philosophy:

Scientific fitness concepts were integrated throughout the activity. Teacher Wang emphasized “both form and spirit, and gradual progress,” effectively inspiring the participants’ inherent motivation to continue practicing Tai Chi and pursue a healthy lifestyle.
