The Story
We are passionate about traditional Chinese opera and often gather to perform together in Central Park and in a friend’s house. We have been invited to take part in many performances in different kinds of events at Michael J. Fox Theatre, Lafarge Lake, the Water-Sprinkling Festival and many communities. Our performances have been welcomed by audiences from various countries, especially by the seniors. We held two performances for the seniors in the communities. One of the touching stories is that one old lady was accompanied by her family member to see us perform and told us she likes Peking opera very much and hoped we would perform for them again. We were happy to accept their invitation. Actually, we have quite a few other touching stories to share, but we cannot share all of them here one by one. Our activities have received support from NSG, and we would like to express our gratitude once again.
