🌟 Thriving Not Surviving 4.0: A Resounding Success! 🌟
I am thrilled to share the success of our recent event, “Thriving Not Surviving 4.0,” aimed at empowering and inspiring individuals to thrive in various aspects of life, particularly in the face of challenges such as balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship, career development and settling into a new environment as immigrants. This event was a significant milestone, and I am grateful to everyone who participated and contributed to its success.
Our carefully curated panel of experts, all immigrants themselves, shared invaluable insights and experiences with our audience:
@emem Nwogwugwu delivered an impactful session on Balancing Life and Motherhood, providing practical tips and personal anecdotes on how immigrant mothers can balance the demands of motherhood with other aspects of their lives.
@paschal okwundu, a successful entrepreneur who transitioned from a top consulting firm in Vancouver to founding his own fintech company, he inspired many with his talk on Thriving as an immigrant. He discussed strategies for thriving and used his journey from attaining MBA in @UBC to working in different organizations and later on growing to start and co-found @BINTA.
@YU Jade Guo offered a comprehensive overview of the Opportunities for New Immigrants, providing valuable guidance and support to help new immigrants integrate into the community and take advantage of the opportunities available to them.
This event has truly been a testament to the power of community and the strength of shared experiences. It was an honor to witness the engagement and enthusiasm of our attendees, and I am confident that the insights shared will have a lasting impact on their journeys.
A heartfelt thank you to our incredible speakers and everyone who helped make “Thriving Not Surviving 4.0” a success. Let’s continue to support and uplift each other as we navigate our paths to thriving, not just surviving.
