In September, we hosted our annual Welcome Back Community BBQ, and we were thrilled with the wonderful weather and fantastic turnout. Thanks to this grant, along with generous support from local food suppliers and community partners, we were able to offer a free BBQ meal to everyone who attended. The event was lively and welcoming, with activities for kids, music playing, and a visit from our favorite popsicle vendor to add an extra touch of fun.
We saw smiles everywhere at our Welcome Back Community BBQ. It was heartwarming to witness new connections being made and volunteers coming together to support the event. Our goal was to bring the community together, and it worked beautifully. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, fun, and a true sense of togetherness—just what we had hoped for.
