Community Drumming Circle

I found 3 indigenous drums that I was able to purchase for $500 and also had more on hand. A group of ladies came out and we enjoyed an hour of drumming together. I taught them the heartbeat rhythm and a loving kindness mantra that we all sang along to. It was a very memorable afternoon!
