This was the first neighbor gathering since pandemic. The previous one was back to 2019. The party date change from June to July, so that more families can participate. We invited secret guests – the RCMP. When RCMP arrived, neighbors changed from shock to excite. Kids like to talk to the police and see and touch the inside of the police car. Follow by buffet style lunch. Many neighbors chat until evening. This is a very successful block party. Neighbors want more than one block party every year. Let see what we can do.
