Over 6 hours of free meditation classes and experiences are being uploaded this month to an on line portal where they will be available for the next year. This has been a creative project of dreaming then writing the content; filming and editing. My background and interest is in energy work for the release of emotional trauma from body tissues. The pandemic crisis has been different for everyone, but common universal themes are loss, grief and anxiety to different degrees. This was the basis for the series to offer anyone who wanted to try meditation for stress relief, and then to also make it enjoyable and interesting. Of course wifi issues, power outages, and other things always make it extra challenging but the final product was worth it.
