The Small Town Race Series in Golden has been running for 4 years and is a fantastic opportunity for new runners, seasoned runners, and everyone in between to get out and enjoy the roads and trails in Golden. The runs happen on the first Sunday of every month year round and happen in locations all over the community.
The routes are flagged and pre-ran to ensure safety for the runners and it is always a great time to enjoy some physical activity.
This grant helped pay for materials like flagging tape and signage, as well as bought coffee and snacks for the runners to enjoy. This run is a great way for our community to build connection, camaraderie, and long lasting friendships while appreciating the beautiful landscape Golden has to offer.
