Take a Break was an activity designated to bring awareness to one’s perceived stress, help to understand what causes stress and how to deal with it to better our mental health. Zoom was used as the platform, essential oils and supplies were distributed to participants. We share during gratitude circles, talks, and mindfulness. We also experienced making our own blends if essential oils for fun and also creating our own products, such as body oil spray, stress relief roll-on, and body scrub. Everyone expresses their gratitude for the activity, how relaxing and constructive it was and that they have so much fun.
