The kids had a blast creating their own crafts, including decorating picture frames and making fun paper designs. Their creativity was on full display as they proudly showed off their finished projects.
Food: The party was in our backyard. We served tasty kebobs, along with a selection of sweet treats like cookies and cupcakes. Fresh fruit was also available as a healthy option, which the children especially enjoyed.
Guests and Privacy: The children attended the party with their parents, and everyone had a wonderful time. To respect the privacy of some families, we made sure not to take or share any photos of the children, as requested by a few parents.
Personal Note: When we first arrived in Vancouver from Iran, my daughters felt lonely and missed having friends. This party was a turning point for them, as it allowed them to connect with their schoolmates, make new friends, and feel more at home. It was heartwarming to see how much they enjoyed the event and how it helped them feel less isolated.
