The Multicultural Women Peer Mentoring group at South Vancouver Neighbourhood House held the annual NSG event once again this year! I was honored to be a part of planning the event. The theme for this year is to bring an earlier holiday spirit by making rock crafts with inspiring quotes and eating our favorite holiday foods. It was held on October 29, and there were 21 participants who joined the event with their own creative ideas for making rock crafts. We had presentations from each participant sharing their positive and inspiring messages on their rock artwork. It was a meaningful and enjoyable moment for everyone to be connected through the event activities and share lots of fun and laughter.
The themes for the event were rock art crafts and Mukbang(eating online). We also participated in singalong and dancing activities for the second half-hour, and that happened virtually!.
